Downtime, some might joke, “what is that?” I get it. Life is busy. Super busy. If you are a parent, a stay at home mom, working from home or even working outside the home, life is busy.

In our daily busy lives with personal and business commitments we are so overworked that we feel guilty taking downtime. However, it is a must to increase our productivity and efficiency, as much contradictory as it sounds. Good thing is it doesn't have to be a week long vacation. Just taking a 10 minute walk outside can do the trick.
