Hi Yoni, I'm not sure how you would work it into the airline analogy but I think one thing you do particularly well is have a great headline. I know I've opened many of your posts when I didn't have time but simply was too intrigued by your headline. Nice post.

Hi Yoni, I only know this because when I learnt to fly small aircraft my instructors were wanting to join large airlines and they emphasised learning the basics as you never forget them, especially in emergencies.

Glad to hear blogging is paying off for you. One thing people may not be aware of is that many pilots who fly large aircraft started learning in small planes that do not have all the sophisticated equiptment. They learn the basics first.

Thanks for the compliment! Generally speaking for each article: Thinking and planning = 15 minutes; writing = 1 hour; editing and proofreading = 15 minutes. Total, about 1.5 hours.
