Finding a voice, especially if a majority of your business is online, is one of the most difficult things to do.

Here's the great part, those who you connect with will stick with you during a gradual voice change. Just like a voice change through adolescence businesses need to go through a voice change.

I incorporate both written text and video. I am much better at "voice" with text, but am still finding my way with video. Great points!

Steve Freeman: You have to tell me more about your sailboat and the island! I got curious reading your bio! :) I am often saying that you have to find your natural voice in social media. Personally, I have no problem with it as an integrated individual. I think it is a mindset and an insight in fundamental ideas.
