Good points Adam and only the other week a pop up appeared on a website and there was no obvious way of getting rid of it. Needless to say I left. I like the number 10 one as it is one I see a lot and can only think of missed opportunities.

Hi Susan. Yeah, I've seen a lot of those kind of pop-ups lately as well... Perhaps some site owners can't imagine that a visitor would come and NOT want to click on whatever the pop-up is offering.

And the last example is definitely the saddest because many companies really put up some good content. They're going through most of the motions but are getting very little ROI.
