Ivana: I have been using Unroll for some time and it helped with the mental part of the overload. I like Gmail's different tabs, sorting the email automatically.

I didn't know that you could convert your incoming email messages into tasks in a Google calendar. Personally, I think my solution is to become better on the weekly review, going through the different in-baskets, checking status of projects and check-marked to-do activities.
