I always maintain that best marketing strategy should not cost much. In my view the best marketing is the word-of-mouth you get from your customers. You can make this easy by first of all providing great products or services that they want to rave about in front of their friends and families. Apple is the best example of how to do it. You can help those customers help you by providing them additi0nal avenues where they can do word-of-mouth virtually. Think blog, FB or Twitter.
