People do really make mistakes when they want someone to reply or to do something. It is seldom people nowadays do things when the sender is not polite.

I just don't know why it irks me very much every time I see ASAP in my email. I prefer " as soon as possible". These words really prompt me to action while ASAP sounds discourteous and it has negative effects on me.
