There will always be a place for traditional marketing such as direct mailers, newspaper ads, etc……but using traditional marketing as your only source of marketing is as dead as the companies that continue to stubbornly refuse to embrace the internet.
It’s like being alive in 1925 and still thinking automobiles are just a fad.

Gary: I think traditional marketing is diminishing as online marketing is evolving day by day. Somewhat, traditional marketing is totally get outdated, it works only in assistance to online marketing but it never be a separate entity.

I don't think traditional marketing is dead, but it's not effective if done as a standalone strategy. I find it can work very well in combination with online marketing, driving those leads back to your website/landing page where you can do a number of things such as remarketing, email signups, free offers, etc.
