Small Business Saturday wasn't the only big revenue day for independent merchants this holiday shopping season. In fact, according to this report, some business owners who have already begun expanding into online sales saw great gains on Cyber Monday too. Read the stories here of small business owners like Robin Cohen, owner of Boutique Wearhouse, in Newtown, PA, in the U.S., who have already begun to leverage social media and other online marketing in an effort to transform their businesses to increase the amount of revenue coming from the Web.

It's not surprising that many of the same businesses find success on Small Business Saturday and increased sales on Cyber Monday too. Offering products online gives small businesses a huge advantage over much large competitors allowing them to offer unique products and services regionally and even sometimes globally while at the same time saving on overhead and labor costs.

Cyber Monday is no longer a drop in the bucket, it's very big business.  this year.  Small local businesses count on cyber sales to help boost the bottom line,  but they have to go after your business in a different way. And And Cyber Monday brings another opportunity to capture customers who might not normally see the company website. thanks for sharing.
