I like the phrase - algorithmic kindness - that definitely sums up why getting on board with Google+ is a must for businesses. It will be interesting to see how people react to this change in search results - will they like it (as Google hopes) or will they be annoyed with having to filter traffic. Either way - my biggest piece of advice to businesses right now - EXPAND YOUR CIRCLE immediately.
