Really interesting take, Walt. This is also another way of looking at a person's lifetime value to your business as opposed to seeing each "customer" as a single sale.

Exactly! Plus, now with social media tools, it's much easier to build and maintain multiple relationships. Gary Vaynerchuk talks about "Scaling Your Caring", which really sums it up.
