I think new customers are not always in a mood to buy if the product is not exceptionally great. But yes, if the product as great features and gives great results then they will surely buy one day. :)

Hi Susan,

You say it's a myth that customers don't know what they want. I'd suggest what they really don't know is exactly how to get it. That's what people need. A solution for achieving their needs and desires.
