My old training at J&J still holds true today and it was a good reminder. Look at constantly innovating and improving your products or services, making sure the improvements are in line with customer expectations etc. Otherwise you will never be ahead of your competition and meeting the needs and desires of your customers.
Sometimes it might be a good idea to ignore all the hype.
