Thank you very much for your comment and to be honest it is in the comments and discussions where I learn or get ideas from.

You are very kind. I am still learning about writing and learning from you guys who do it so well as in the past I have only written business reports etc usually in bullet points.
Great example you gave of ice cream parlors and it reminds me my favourite deli always has samples for us to try as we wait. Usually most of the us buy what we sampled as an extra purchase and the deli makes more sales. It could be just make it simple to get customers to take action.
I appreciate you and Sara commenting and participating as that is where we can all learn from each other. It is often someone's comment that can spark ideas that we had not thought of that helps our business.
Regards,
Susan

Great post! But what else would I expect from you!?
From samples (which ice-cream parlors perfected) to referrals and incentives, from recommendations to tools and strategies to encourage return customers, from value to packages, you hit it all in this excellent post!
You are truly an inspirational writer and thinker and I so appreciate the knowledge that you are imparting in life, business and marketing! Regards and appreciation,
Yoni
