Interesting recap. I'm going to check out that Website, however on the face of it, it looks like creating a buyer persona is just identifying marketing segmentation, however based on interviews. Am I over simplifying this? There's no doubt that this can be useful, however I'm going to have to read a lot more on it to see how it really differs from marketing segmentation.
