Great post, Kai. I agree with your argument here. I believe that EVERY business, whether online or offline should have a blog and some sort of presence in the social media sphere. A blog is one of the very best ways to build a long-term customer base, residual traffic, and residual income for your business. I've always been a fan of blogs, even more so over static websites. They allow for interaction and engagement with your customers. Not to mention, the social proof that naturally comes along with them.
