As far as the tax situation, I believe that online business still have the advantage, because we do not have the overhead and we have more control over our pricing without cutting into our profits. Brick and mortars can only cut corners to a point, due to their fixed expenses (ie, rent, insurance, triple net, etc).
I agree, we need to have a debate on how we can conduct business in a more profitable way.... Any ideas where and when?!
