I think it is a win win game here but as for me, I will prefer to start a blog from the scratch and build it and of course if I see any interested buyers that can offer me a bigger price, I would let it go.

@Bigmoneyweb, Buying a blog isn't what everyone can do. If you don't have experience and knowledge, and never had a blog before than your first blog should be started from scratch.
