Maybe it's because Google and others have demonstrated there's money to be made at the local level through self-serve, but it seems as if there are a lot of online opportunities that can work for local businesses. The key to prioritizing these opportunities and making the call on which might be right for a specific business is what I call spill tolerance. By Igor Mordkovich
