Lyceum, thanks for checking out the blog! This entry actually comes from the company blog of BLASTmedia, an agency providing integrated PR and social media services. BLASTmedia was founded as a PR agency, the word "blast" actually has nothing to do with our social media methodology. (Though I can understand how you would arrive at your question.)
