What's your rule of thumb? How do you know when you've moved from using this as a time saver to basically creating a situation where your social media no longer feels human?

I schedule some, not all of my content and mix in fresh posts but always, always, personally engage on every platform. Our audiences, like ourselves, want and require the human touch. Never make anyone feel like you are on autopilot and don't care.
Building the relationships and having the personal conversations are not only enjoyable but part of the "real" experience.
