I consider myself a hardcore hunter. I love prospecting and cold calling… but I don’t care how much of a hunter you are… every sales person has a breaking point.

GREAT post and informative about the subject of building the right sales team from a small business owners' perspective. Speaking for myself I'd love to see a lot more links like this on BizSugar because I think it's one of the most important decisions small business people and entrepreneurs make when starting to grow their businesses.
