Moovd seems easy to start with. I will give it a swirl and see if I can do a video for my podcast! :)

Let us know how it works out, Martin! It's a simple tool, but looks interesting depending on the application. Joshua Sophy, who did the article for us on Small Business Trends had no trouble at all using it and said it took only minutes to create a video...though it may take you a couple of tries to get it just right.
