By 2020, Gen Z will account for 40% of all consumers, making it more important now more than ever to successfully connect with and engage this generation to create life long relationships. While many brands invest in Millennial marketing initiatives, with Gen Z, everything is going to get even crazier. This is the generation that will end the ideals of generations.

Very interesting post. It is refreshing to hear someone deal with the issue of being authentic. This is something that the young are extremely sensitive to it. A great example was when Pepsi attempted to run a campaign and sales of their soft drink decreased. The campaign involved them doing some great things in the community, but they were perceived as not being very real.
