Nice post. I Couldn't agree more on all points.

Even if you never think a single real customer will ever use your postal address, they would still want it to be on your website as a sign that you can be trusted. Who wants to deal with a company that won't list their address or phone number.

Yeah, I don't get it Alastair. The whole point of a website is to help customers find you. Why make it difficult by not giving complete contact details?
