Hi Susan,

All great suggestions for increasing sales to existing customers. An important caveat here is that you avoid trying to be all things to all people stretching your products or services in an effort to get more sales from existing customers and slowly get away from the things that make your business special. I recall an earlier post of yours about simplifying your services and I think it's important to strike a balance between these two ideas.
