The creative process takes time. If you ask me to provide you with some creative ideas, out of the blue, you may not be impressed with my answers. Moving a project out of the conscious line of fire, and into the subconscious allows a new perspective and breakthrough creativity.

I agree with you. Often a business owner has been thinking about something for quite a while and expect you to come up with something creative immediately. I have found giving 2 weeks for initial concepts and then more time to refine extra produces better work.
