Many times when I was trying to learn about finding those low competition keywords, I turned to the Google AdWords Keyword Tool for my research. A lot of the resources out there use terms like “do your keyword research” without really showing bloggers how. It was like a trade secret no one wanted to share and I always felt like I was missing that piece of the puzzle that would help me figure out how to really do keyword research.

Well, I decided to check out a variety of sources and found a few ideas on how to use the free Google keywords tool in a way that made me feel less clueless.

Google's AdWords Keyword Tool is an external keyword suggestion tool offered through Google AdWords. When you are first beginning PPC and learning how to use Google AdWords, this keyword tool is a pretty good way to establish a baseline list of AdWords keyword ideas for your website. You enter a word or phrase, or alternatively, a URL, and the AdWords Keyword Tool spits back a list of related keywords and some additional traffic data. Thanks for sharing.

Exactly. I really like using it because I can get all of that information, slice it, dice it, learn from it, there's so much to learn from the keyword tool. Thanks for commenting, Bigmoneyweb!
