One of the most difficult things to do when you're doing computer work is to get exercise. While blogging does take some time, if that were all the computer work I was doing I could definitely break away to exercise more often. However I'm learning coding, which means I'm glued to the computer for long hours. I can really see why the big tech companies have gyms and other areas for movement and recreation.
