If you’re like many small business owners I’ve talked with, you might not have an answer. I know marketing budgets aren’t super sexy – but they are DIRECTLY CORRELATED to your business growth.

Diane: Thanks for the input. I think it will be a challenge for organization to budget enough resources (energy, time, money, people) for new media, on a mental level. It takes some time to get a grip of this area... ;)

I think that when spending money on advertising you should always pay attention to ACV and ROI.

That's tricky because social media advertising is not as expensive as some other tactics... so you can spend less but possibly get more results. I provided a longer comment on this post.
