Ashley: You had included a link to Ngage. Do you have examples on other companies working with promotional staffing? It is could be a great idea to have specialized workforce during an event like a business fair. I have seen plenty of examples of "tired" people standing in the booth, not interested in being there. The important thing is that that the promotional staff company is behaving in a way that is reflecting the natural voice of the company that they are representing.

Hi Ashley,

There are many functions in a business that can be outsourced and some would argue marketing or promotion is one example of this. Are we looking at contracting with an outside agency or hiring a promotional person as a part-time or full-time employee?
