Often times, as business owners, we’re looking for a product that is going to sell and keep the consumer’s focus. In reality, we should be building a strong business, because it’s the business that sells the product – not the other way around. Matt reminds us that innovation is the key to continued success. One product isn’t going to change the market for your business, because your company needs to continue to change and adapt to whatever the consumer wants.
