No, I try to attract customers who are not morons. But sometimes, they are wrong, and I have teach them a lesson! ;) I like the example of using plain language and not tech jargon. I have a mission to do in the beverage industry...

Hi Deb! I know quite a few people from my past jobs who do think this- but they'd never say it out loud. I feel some business owners and managers get desensitized over time and unwittingly dehumanize their customers in their minds - thus leading them to think things they wouldn't otherwise, if that makes any sense.
