This led me to think about their business model and how smart it is to have a ‘signature’ product, one offer that is extremely appealing and easy to say yes to. One product that you promote more than anything else.

You’ve probably heard that if you give people too many choices they get overwhelmed and then they choose nothing.

Another thoughtful post Stephanie. I'm like Sian, I love Spanish cafes - the smells, the food, the beverages!

I like your take on the signature service. I agree, all business owners should have a signature service so that they can focus and expand on.

It's a lovely, real tangible example that you gave.

Love this post Stephanie. Firstly because I love Spanish cafes and secondly because it resonates with me. When I initially set up my business I offered a few services but have now narrowed it down to two main ones - accountancy and writing. Both of which I enjoy. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
