Well written article. Mobile has already fundamentally transformed personal and brand communications. The UK and other developed mobile economies are now having over 50% smartphone penetration. This makes it ever more ubiquitous, driving increased social media activity, changing the way we shop and how we interact with print, out of home and television media. It is having a huge impact on how organisations, businesses and brands talk to customers. Thanks for sharing.
