Thank you Heather. Retaining current customer is my favorite too. Hard to believe how businesses, large and small, spend so much money in trying to acquire new customer, while neglecting the ones they already have.

I think this is a great list of mistakes to be aware of, to make sure you're not falling down on the marketing front or wasting time. I definitely have learned the one about retaining one's current customers--it's almost a whole 'nother push to get a new client than to adjust to greater needs of current clients. These are great reminders--Thanks!
