Ti, I've done many interviews with small business owners and many work with out any kind of a business plan. If they are a new startup they often had a plan but as soon as they get busy the plan gets pushed to the back of the 3rd draw and only reviewed when the desk gets sorted. I appreciate your comments.

I totally agree. I think that any type of business planning, weather it's media or content planning, saves and makes you money in the long-term rather than cost you money. Thanks for sharing your perspective on this.
