He's right 100%. If you are looking for a lawnmower on Google, you basically start the search on your own. If you read on Facebook and I say "I just bought this great lawnmower...it's awesome!" Then you see the brand, check it out and maybe buy it too.
Word of mouth on Social Media is the future. Facebook and Twitter are on their way to taking over the world.
