Very interesting ideas and tips. I like #5 and #8, in particular. Adding a touch of drama helps you grab attention of potential customers. Showing them how establishes connection with them and increases their interest. I am a believer in "Show and Tell" method of selling. One can increase the sales success by 20-30% by employing the Show and Tell.
