Great infographic, Ryan? Thanks for sharing it with the BizSugar community. There are probably too many entrepreneurs and small business owners who don't think strategically enough when hiring, and far too many who may be under the impression that a tough economy makes these issues irrelevant.

Thanks Heather! Well by 2030, 75% of the global workforce will be millennials. The power may be in favor of employers now thanks to this economy, but that will only last so long.
