I don't think a little bit of overtime is harmful, emphasis on a little bit. The other issue with overtime is 'off the clock' labor. This is a terrible management practice that robs the organization of vital data to understand how personnel spend their time and, importantly, how organizations should be prioritizing what its personnel works on.

No one dies from overtime, pork chop overload perhaps. Most employees do not mind overtime , if within reasonable limits, but extended overtime is already critical to health.
