Why do some Managing Directors spend so much time on administrative and functional activities, instead of focusing on leadership duties?
When managers are asked, three primary reasons crystallize: Lack of insight, failure to delegate and the problem that leadership tasks are for the most part important, but rarely urgent.

An important post that many Managers should read. I think the failure to delegate is a classic problem. In my mind it's better to let others do something they are good at and can do quicker, therefore freeing up important time to get on with what you are good at. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
