Tradition is all around us. You should learn from it, build on it, but not let it kill your vision of what can be. Because that is what being an entrepreneur is all about.
Hey, I'm not saying let's kick away all tradition. History is a great teacher. But simply replicating history just gives you more of the same. Instead, learn from it, modify it and make the current and future better. Make tradition work for you. Innovation, by definition, is always a challenge. Here are some ways to keep tradition from undercutting new innovation.
