Couldn't agree more. Accountability is one of the key ingredients for successful business and it all starts at the top. If the leaders are not accountable for their actions, you cannot expect your employees to have it either. Too many times I have found leaders pointing fingers at each other or to their employees without taking responsibility for their actions. This is a recipe for lost faith in leaders and decline in business.
