I say " yes" to rule no. 1. In my line of business, I should keep my eyes open for what my competitors are doing . Taking a " peek" occasionally at their marketing strategies, quality and prices offered by them makes me stay competitive. And you are right, that I should use these ideas I learned from them and think ways how to improve them to make my products distinct. Thank you, Valentine!
