Thanks Yoni. I agree. Anything that makes the office feel more human has to be good. The environmental impact might be that the plants keep people in the right frame of mind. Brian

I also think that you form a relationship with plants. You water them, tend to them, nurture them and they in turn give you something beautiful to look at. I split my time between home office and conventional office and in both places I enjoy the greenery. To borrow your words, it is a frame of mind thing.

From your article, computer use is a biggee. Gone, or at least on the way out, are huge workplaces with computers and screens humming away all night and all weekend when nobody is in the office. Put them to sleep!

All great tips, though one extra that I like is making an office green with plants. I'm not sure if there's an environmental impact, but I've got a ficus on the floor, a cactus, aloe and several others that I have no idea what they're called on my desk.

They certainly cheer me up, and that's a good thing!
