In order to be a better leader you need to make good decisions. In order to make good decisions you need to have only good ideas in your mind. And you need to eliminate any bad ideas that may be in your mind. I want to draw your attention to a bad idea and ask you to eliminate it from your mind.
The bad idea is MORE IS BETTER.
The truth is this, is some is good, more is not necessarily better.
