But what if this is not the true definition of a leader? What if leadership is more about sacrifice and humility than about fame and power?

Mark: Leadership is not about sacrificing a higher value in your business life, for a lower one in an altruistic way. Capitalism is the only social system there you could true leadership. Dictatorships don't have true leaders, they have blind followers.
