I'm a combination of visual and auditory. It's a big help to use a little music to reduce the distractions. I use the same idea in workshops. It's amazing how thinking in terms of communication styles can make a big difference.

Andy Johnston, I am a visual person. Thanks pointing out the the different communication styles. I will develop my own productivity approach based on the idea of the workflow of a personal kanban system with whiteboard (adding colored notes under sections, To-do, Doing, and Done) and bulletin board (for pinned items and Eisenhower Matrix paper forms).
