Well, I gotta say a lesson on the origin of the Easter holiday is definitely different for a business article. However, this post makes some great points and I'd go a bit further. First, as the owner you need to make innovations and changes in direction where necessary to grow your business. So your procedures aren't there arbitrarily. They'll have to change with the needs of the business and the quicker you can get your employees acclimated to that fact the better. Second, there are times when an employee will have a better idea than you and the greatest entrepreneurs are those who can figure out how to integrate employee input without letting the inmates run the asylum.
